Question: How about the quality of MALAXY products? Because I need good quality products to complete my work!

Answer: 100% inspection during production. MALAXY products are certified to ISO9001, TS16949 international quality standards.

 

Question: What's your packing?

Answer: Our regular packing is 25 kg/carton and 900 kg/pallet. We can also provide customized packaging, if you need, just tell our customer service, then we will take care of everything!

 

Question: May I have some samples from MALAXY? How much is the sample fee?

Answer: We provide FREE SAMPLES for our customers, you just need to pay for the express fee. If you need customized products, there will be a charge for the customized samples, but the samples charge will be deducted from the official order.

 

Question: What's your MOQ?

Answer: Generally, we can provide the goods based on your requirements because we will store some stock in our warehouse. Every kinds of products have their own MOQ, maybe 10 pcs, maybe 1000 pcs, it depends on the total weight of the goods you need.

 

Question: What's your delivery time?

Answer: Normally, our lead time is 2-5 days after we received your deposit if we have stock in our warehouse. Or our lead time is 12-25 days, it also depends on your order quantity.
